How It Started

Founded on Frustration.

Daniel Rowe started Apex in 2015 after one too many late pickups, unmarked vehicles, and drivers who clearly had no idea where they were going. He had spent a decade in corporate logistics and knew the gap between what professional transport looked like and what most people actually received.

He started with two vehicles, four clients, and a policy that has never changed: if the driver is not there five minutes before the booking time, the ride is free. That single commitment set the tone for everything that followed. Within two years, Apex had grown to a fleet of twelve and a client list that included three of the region’s largest firms.

Word-of-mouth growth and zero missed pickups in two years led to our first major corporate account and a fleet expansion to twelve licensed vehicles.

After 1,000 completed rides, Apex reached and maintained a verified 4.9-out-of-5 average across all review platforms. It has not dropped since.

2022

Corporate Programme Launch

Launched our managed corporate travel programme, giving businesses consolidated billing, dedicated drivers, and real-time trip reporting for the first time.

Today

4,800+ Rides Completed

A team of 22 drivers, a fleet of 18 vehicles, and a 99% on-time rate. The promise from 2015 has not changed. Only the scale has.
