Long-distance travel should be relaxing, not a calculation of running costs. All Apex intercity bookings are priced on a flat-rate basis agreed at the time of booking. The price you confirm is the price you pay, regardless of traffic or route adjustments.
Our intercity vehicles are stocked with water, have USB charging at every seat, and are kept at a consistent cabin temperature. Your driver will respect your preference for conversation or quiet.

Is the fare quoted online the final price I pay?
Yes. All fares shown in our calculator are fixed and include GST, tolls, and any airport surcharges. The price you confirm is the price on your receipt.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight in real time. If your arrival is delayed, your pickup time adjusts automatically. There is no rebooking required and no additional charge.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least four hours ahead for standard transfers and at least 48 hours for events or multi-vehicle bookings. Last-minute requests are accommodated subject to availability.
Can I request a specific driver?
Yes. Clients on our corporate programme and regular individual clients can request a preferred driver. Subject to availability, we will always try to accommodate that request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than two hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refunded with no fee. Cancellations inside two hours are charged at 50 percent of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Child and booster seats are available on request at no additional charge. Please note your requirement at the time of booking so we can ensure the correct seat is fitted before your pickup.
